1.Mexican potatoes recipe

Potatoes cut into thick chips (do not peel), 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp oil, ground red chillies and salt to taste.

Method:

Method: Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and mix oil, garlic, salt and red chilli evenly. Bake the potatoes in a hot oven at 150 degrees centigrade until they turn golden brown.

 

 

2.Fruit salad recipe

Contents:

2-3 slices pineapple, 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower, 1 finely chopped apple (peeled), ½ cup finely chopped carrot, ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/ 4 spoons of ground ginger.

Method:

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and keep two spoons of juice aside. Mix pineapple, apple, cauliflower, carrot and capsicum in a pot. Mix oil, pineapple juice, salt pepper powder, honey, ginger and lemon juice in a bottle. Cover the bottle and shake to mix all the ingredients evenly. Before serving, top with a cold salad and serve.

 

 

3.Carrot and Orange Juice Soup recipe

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of butter, amount of finely chopped onions, 12 carrots peeled and chopped, 4 cups of vegetable water, 1 large glass of orange juice, salt and pepper powder to taste.

Method:

Heat a pan and add butter. Add chopped onion and saute for eight to ten minutes. Put vegetable water and carrot pieces in it and let it simmer on low heat for about half an hour.
Strain the soup and grind the vegetables in a mixer and put them back into the soup. Put the soup back on the gas. Mix orange juice in it

 

 

4.Tomato Pie recipes

Ingredients:

cups bread crumbs, 2 cups grated cheese, 4 diced tomatoes, ½ cup mushrooms, salt and pepper powder to taste 1 ½ cups milk, ½ ground rye.

Method:

Grease an ovenproof dish with a little oil and put the bread pieces in it. Put diced tomatoes on it and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Saute the mushrooms in half a tablespoon of butter for two minutes and then the cheese put
Mix milk, salt and pepper powder and whisk very well. Now mix it in the above mixture and bake it in the oven at 160 degree centigrade temperature for 20 minutes. The hot tomato pie will be ready.

 

 

5.Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter or
Margarine, 1/3 cup sugar, ¼ cup cold water, ½ teaspoon vanilla essence, ½ cup flour, 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon powdered sugar.

Method:

Mix the melted butter, sugar, water and vanilla essence evenly in a large bowl. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and make a foam. Mix chopped walnuts in it.
Grease a baking dish and spread the brownie mixture. Preheat the oven for ten minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade. Once ready, cut it into eight pieces and sprinkle some chopped sugar on each piece…

 

 

6.Tomato Rice with Basil

Ingredients:

1 cup Basmati rice, ¾
Cup water, salt to taste, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chillies, 2 tsp ram tulsi, 2 tsp oil or ghee, 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp chopped coriander.

Method:

Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Add ram tulsi, salt and chilli in water and boil. Add the rice to the oil and stir for a while. Add water to it and let it simmer on low heat for about ten minutes. After five minutes open and add tomatoes and coriander and serve hot.

 

7.Coconut Pulao recipes

Ingredients:

½ cup grated coconut, 1 cup rice, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp ghee or oil, 2 tbsp cashew nuts or 2 pieces cashews, 2-3 green chillies, salt as per taste.

Method:

Wash  the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Put ¾ cup of water in it and let it boil on low heat. Roast the sesame seeds and grind them. Heat ghee and fry cashews in it and keep aside. In the same slow fry the grated coconut until light golden, fry all the ingredients of the roast in oil and pour it over the roast rice. Mix the rest of the ingredients and serve hot.
